THE MOTH 200D - 35mm Color Negative 36exp
$21.00

This film is not a predictable film, but it is not too complex to understand.
It’s the kind of light you think you’ve mastered — until you see the scans
.

Balanced for daylight, with a gentle highlight roll-off and a naturally soft contrast, THE MOTH 200D delivers images that feel clean without being sterile. Architectural lines stay crisp but never harsh, skin tones remain honest, and shadows hold just enough detail for you to shape – or leave untouched.

There’s something familiar in the way it renders colour.
Something that used to be everywhere… then quietly disappeared.
Now it’s back — under a different name… for the last time.

BELU 100T - 35mm Color Negative 36exp
$14.95

BELU 100T comes from a lineage that was never designed for stillness.

A stock once trusted to capture motion, now reinterpreted — slowed down, reshaped, and given a second life.
Rated at 100, it reveals a different personality.
More restrained, yet more unpredictable.
Highlights stretch and bloom into soft halos.
Artificial light spills into the frame, refusing to stay contained.
Colours drift — warm, green, sometimes somewhere in between — like a scene that doesn’t quite belong to reality.

It doesn’t try to be accurate.
It tries to be remembered.

Key Characteristics

  • ISO: Rated at 100 (originally higher-speed tungsten stock)
  • Color Profile: Tungsten-balanced, warm with green/cyan shifts
  • Grain: Noticeable, textured, cinematic
  • Dynamic Range: Strong highlight latitude, deep shadow falloff
  • Halation: Pronounced glow around bright light sources

  • Neon / Street Lighting — halation and colour shifts shine
  • Cinematic Street — motion, blur, imperfection
  • Mixed Lighting — embraces unpredictability
  • Indoor tungsten scenes — raw, atmospheric tones

THE SALEMAN 50D - 35mm Color Negative 36exp
$14.95

THE SALEMAN 50D comes from an earlier era — when colour was designed with intention, not perfection.

A daylight stock with fine grain, soft contrast, and a quiet way of rendering light that feels almost… restrained.

But what makes it different is not just how it sees —
It's how you choose to develop it.

At ISO 50, processed in ECN-2, it shifts — softer, flatter, more dramatic, with a deeper tonal curve and a subtle colour drift.
At ISO 64, processed in C-41, it becomes clean, gentle, and balanced.

Same film.
Different consequences.

Key Characteristics

  • ISO: 64 (C-41) / 50 (ECN-2 recommended)

  • Color Profile: Neutral daylight, slightly warm with vintage bias

  • Grain: Fine, smooth, understated

  • Dynamic Range: Soft highlight roll-off, controlled contrast

  • Rendering: Calm, natural, slightly desaturated tones

  • Processing:

    • C-41 → clean, vivid, saturation boosted.

    • ECN-2 → softer contrast, more cinematic latitude, easy for post-processing

Best Used For

  • Daylight & Soft Sun — where tones stay gentle and controlled

  • Suburban scenes — quiet, nostalgic rendering

  • Portraits — natural skin tones without exaggeration

  • Cinematic work (ECN-2) — flatter profile for grading

  • Low-contrast environments — subtle tonal transitions
